Introduction:
Dashavruksha Charitable Trust for Disabled was officially registered on 17th November 2023.
Our mission is to provide quality education for disabled individuals and empower women.
Objectives:
The objective of Dashavruksha Charitable Trust is to offer educational support programs for disabled students, particularly those aspiring for positions in the Karnataka Administrative Service (KAS) and Indian Administrative Service (IAS).
Vision:
Our vision is to provide free coaching for disabled students aspiring for KAS & IAS, recognizing their abilities despite physical challenges. By offering this support, we aim to inspire both disabled individuals and society as a whole. This initiative is a testament to our belief in equality and the potential of individuals with disabilities. Our commitment goes beyond education; it's about promoting diversity and creating a society where everyone, regardless of physical abilities, is given equal opportunities to succeed. Together, we can create a more inclusive and compassionate world where the aspirations of disabled students are actively supported and celebrated.
Mission:
Dashavruksha Charitable Trust collaborates with stakeholders at various levels to identify and reach disabled students, ensuring inclusivity and accessibility. We conduct counseling sessions and provide comprehensive support to disabled students, aiming to help them overcome barriers and achieve academic and personal success. Through our efforts, we strive to make a meaningful impact on the lives of disabled individuals and promote diversity and inclusivity in society.
Identification and Reach:
We engage in collaborative efforts with key stakeholders at different levels to identify and reach disabled students:
● At the Grama Panchayat level: Through our Resource Mobilizer team, we connect with disabled individuals within rural communities.
● At the Taluk level: Through our Resource Mobilizer team, we extend our reach to identify disabled students in sub-districts (Taluks).
● At the Zilla Panchayat level: We liaise with district officers to identify disabled students within the broader district area.
● Direct engagement with educational institutions: We establish direct communication channels with universities or college principals to identify and support disabled students enrolled in higher education institutions.
Educational Support Programs:
Dashavruksha Charitable Trust extends its educational support to disabled graduates by offering coaching for Karnataka Administrative Service (KAS) and Indian Administrative Service (IAS) examinations throughout Karnataka. Additionally, we provide free coaching for 100 students, with 50 students in each specified category, to empower them in their pursuit of KAS & IAS aspirations.
Student Counseling and Support:
At Dashavruksha Charitable Trust, Our commitment goes beyond financial aid. We conduct counseling sessions to understand the unique needs of each disabled student. Our dedicated team fills out Student Counseling Forms and visits their colleges to comprehensively evaluate their academic progress, This ensures that through our organization we try our best to fulfill their dreams.
100% Support for Student Success: Our trust is constant in providing complete support to disabled students, aiming to help them overcome barriers and achieve their academic and personal goals. We believe that education is a powerful tool for empowerment, and through our efforts, we strive to make a meaningful impact on the lives of these students.
